📋 Description

• Define and execute the squad’s quality strategy • Ensure that business rules, regulated integrations, and critical user journeys are continuously verified in the delivery pipeline through reliable, traceable, and maintainable tests • Define the Wave 1 testing strategy and the distribution across unit, integration, contract, API, UI, E2E, security, and regression testing • Turn acceptance criteria and business rules into positive, negative, exception, concurrency, idempotency, and reprocessing scenarios • Build and maintain UI and E2E test automation with Playwright • Build and maintain API and integration tests with RestSharp, including authentication, headers, contracts, status codes, payloads, errors, and correlation • Integrate tests into CI/CD and configure quality gates that block merges or deployments when objective criteria are not met • Validate API contracts, version compatibility, asynchronous messages, and integrations with external systems or controlled mocks • Create a masked, deterministic, reusable test-data strategy compliant with Brazil’s LGPD data protection law • Implement isolation, setup/teardown, parallelism, controlled retries, and evidence collection without masking instability • Monitor flakiness, execution time, risk-based coverage, and escaped-defect rates • Review and validate test scenarios generated by AI agents; identify gaps, false positives, and fragile tests • Support the definition of the Definition of Done, acceptance criteria, review checklists, and quality policies • Investigate failures using logs, traces, screenshots, videos, payloads, and execution correlation • Participate in refinement sessions to anticipate risks and make requirements testable before development • Maintain documentation covering the test strategy, execution, and interpretation of quality gates

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in software QA and automation for web products and APIs • Hands-on expertise with Playwright for browser testing, E2E journeys, fixtures, locators, assertions, evidence collection, and CI execution • Experience with RestSharp for API test automation in .NET • C#/.NET knowledge sufficient to develop, review, and debug automation • Experience with contract, integration, regression, API, E2E, and data-validation testing • Experience configuring tests in pipelines and establishing objective pass/fail and blocking criteria • Knowledge of the test pyramid, risk analysis, flakiness prevention, and data quality • Experience with Git, pull requests, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams • Ability to work in a regulated environment with masked data, access segregation, and auditable evidence • Nice to have: messaging tests with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, or similar technologies • Nice to have: experience with resilience, performance, security, and accessibility testing • Nice to have: experience with WireMock, Testcontainers, Pact, or equivalent tools • Nice to have: knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Nice to have: experience in banking, credit, payments, receivables, or financial integrations • Nice to have: experience validating workflows involving AI agents and reviewing automatically generated tests • Nice to have: knowledge of observability and log/trace analysis
