📋 Description

• Join the Data Science and AI team, working on the identification, evaluation, implementation, and governance of Artificial Intelligence solutions • Connect the potential of emerging technologies with real business needs, serving as a technical and consulting reference • Evaluate AI tools and solutions, including Generative AI, considering technical feasibility, costs, risks, scalability, and business fit • Plan, execute, and document Proofs of Concept (POCs), defining success criteria and recommending whether to advance or discontinue them • Support the transition of successful solutions into production environments, contributing to integration architectures, technical requirements, and support plans • Ensure alignment with security, privacy, LGPD, compliance, and responsible AI principles • Create guidelines and best practices, as well as deliver AI workshops and training • Provide consulting support to Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business teams • Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field • Solid experience evaluating, testing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions • Experience with technologies such as Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative Artificial Intelligence • Hands-on experience planning and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs) • Experience transitioning AI solutions from experimental environments to production environments • Knowledge of systems architecture and API-based integration • Knowledge of data engineering concepts • Familiarity with AI Governance, Information Security, and privacy requirements, including Brazil’s LGPD • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and business functions • Graduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Cloud Computing (preferred) • Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines (preferred) • Knowledge of advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and Generative AI customization, including RAG and fine-tuning (preferred) • Previous experience serving on AI Ethics and Governance committees (preferred)
