📋 Description

• Assess artificial intelligence tools and solutions, including Generative AI, considering technical feasibility, costs, risks, scalability, and alignment with business needs. • Plan, execute and document Proofs of Concept (POCs), defining success criteria and recommending whether initiatives should be advanced or discontinued. • Support the transition of successful solutions to production environments, contributing to integration architecture design, technical requirements, and support/maintenance plans. • Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), compliance requirements, and Responsible AI principles. • Create guidelines and best practices, and conduct workshops and training to disseminate knowledge and raise organizational AI maturity. • Act as a consultative partner to functions such as Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business, monitoring the impact of implemented solutions and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience evaluating, testing, and implementing AI solutions. • Experience with technologies such as Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. • Hands-on experience planning and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs). • Experience transitioning AI solutions from experimental to production environments. • Knowledge of system architecture and API-based integrations. • Familiarity with data engineering concepts. • Familiarity with AI Governance, Information Security, and privacy requirements, including LGPD. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and business stakeholders.
