📋 Description

• Design and implement GenAI-based solutions that optimize and accelerate different stages of the SDLC. • Create intelligent workflows that integrate GenAI tools into software development, driving efficiency and automation. • Apply prompt engineering and vibe coding techniques to maximize the quality and consistency of model outputs. • Define and monitor validation points and quality metrics for artifacts generated by GenAI. • Ensure solutions align with ethical practices, security, and data privacy requirements. • Stay up to date on new technologies, frameworks, and best practices for applying GenAI to software engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Solid experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of SDLCs, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes. • Advanced knowledge of distributed and high-availability systems. • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and techniques, especially prompt engineering and vibe coding. • Ability to translate technical challenges into scalable generative solutions applicable to software development contexts. • Continuous learning mindset and a genuine interest in exploring new GenAI methodologies and frameworks. • Advanced English (technical reading, writing, and speaking). • Differentials • Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation of agents or models. • Knowledge of platform engineering and automation of development processes. • Experience modernizing systems and integrating GenAI into development pipelines. • Certifications in AI, cloud, or security and compliance practices.
