📋 Description

• Gather and structure requirements directly from Finance, Operations, Quality, Sales, HR, and Engineering teams • Formalize business rules, data validation logic, and KPI definitions • Provide structured requirements to the Data Product Manager and engineering pod • Produce process maps, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria for backlog items • Support user acceptance testing of certified data products before sign-off • Contribute to data source identification and scoping with the Data Engineer Lead • Assist with domain stewardship and lineage documentation • Facilitate business user onboarding for newly certified data products • Collaborate across domains according to backlog priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in requirements elicitation and business analysis, including defining business rules and KPIs • Familiarity with agile ceremonies and backlog structuring • Data literacy: ability to translate business rules into validation logic for a data engineering team • Proficiency in process mapping and data flow diagramming • Fluency in English (B2+), with experience working directly with business stakeholders • Experience in data projects, particularly data migration, highly desired • Exposure to ERP systems such as Infor SyteLine, or experience with manufacturing and operations data (nice to have) • Background in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharma, or a similar ISO-governed environment (nice to have) • Familiarity with process mapping tools such as BPMN (nice to have)
