📋 Description

• Define and communicate the long-term data architecture vision aligned with business strategy • Lead evaluation and selection of technologies, frameworks, and standards for data architecture • Establish and promote data management and governance best practices • Collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to align data architecture with business needs • Explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms • Identify and anticipate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions • Provide advanced technical guidance to data development and architecture teams • Ensure data architecture complies with data security regulations and standards • Mentor and empower team members, especially newer members • Participate in defining and executing the organization's data strategy • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and suppliers • Represent data architecture in internal and external technical and strategic forums • Build reliable, well-engineered data systems using current technology • Improve data system dependability and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure Cloud Services • Experience with Snowflake data warehousing • Experience with DBT for data transformation • Experience with data modeling, ELT design, and performance tuning • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written, to engage directly with international stakeholders • Proven experience mentoring and guiding technical teams through change • Snowflake certification (nice to have) • Experience with data governance and security (nice to have)
