📋 Description

• Framework and conduct exploratory and advanced statistical analyses to support strategic product and business decisions • Design and implement experimentation strategies (A/B Testing, hypothesis tests, experimental design) to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of initiatives • Apply causal inference techniques, probabilistic modeling, trend analysis, seasonality and anomaly detection • Develop, train and scale Machine Learning models in production environments • Evaluate, integrate and monitor LLMs (Large Language Models) and GenAI models in enterprise solutions • Implement experimentation pipelines and model versioning using Azure and Databricks platforms • Translate digital event data into user behavior models and actionable product metrics • Build analytical frameworks that support data-driven decision making across organizational levels • Identify patterns, opportunities and risks from the analysis of large volumes of corporate data • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, technology, business) in defining and executing data-driven strategies • Communicate results and insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences, with decision focus • Document methodologies, assumptions and recommendations to ensure reproducibility and analytical transparency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven strong experience as a Senior Data Scientist • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis and modeling • Hands-on experience exploring, cleaning and analyzing large volumes of data in enterprise environments • Deep knowledge of GenAI and LLMs, including evaluation, integration and monitoring of models • Advanced fundamentals in statistics: hypothesis testing, causal inference, probabilistic modeling, experimental design, A/B Testing, trend analysis, seasonality and anomaly detection • Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks platforms for distributed processing and model experimentation • Knowledge of code versioning (Git) and collaborative development best practices • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business problems into actionable data solutions • Investigative profile: formulates hypotheses, questions assumptions and validates conclusions with analytical rigor • Autonomy to conduct end-to-end analyses with minimal supervision and strategic thinking combined with executive-level synthesis ability
