📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries • Define and evolve the data architecture of the solution • Design strategies for data ingestion, integration, and transformation from multiple sources • Lead the migration of data from SharePoint to SQL Server • Define and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) • Design transactional and analytical layers to consolidate data across different Supply Chain domains • Lead the development and evolution of semantic models and Power BI solutions • Ensure best practices for data quality, performance, governance, and scalability • Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions • Act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, and development teams • Provide technical guidance to Data Developers and contribute to the team's technical growth • Centralize and transform distributed Supply Chain data into a reliable, scalable data platform supporting business operations and key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture • Proven experience providing technical leadership for data teams • Strong experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi-source data integrations • Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL • Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and processing • Practical experience with Databricks and Azure • Knowledge of data modeling and semantic models • Experience with Power BI • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Advanced English proficiency for communication in a corporate and international environment • Spanish proficiency is a nice-to-have • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of SAP and SAP data integration is a nice-to-have • Experience or knowledge of Supply Chain processes is a nice-to-have
