📋 Description

• Contribute to an innovative CI&T project in a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural environment. • Develop backend solutions using C# and .NET, including RESTful APIs. • Develop front-end solutions with React and integrate APIs. • Apply SOLID and KISS principles to keep code modular, reusable, and simple. • Use design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, and Builder. • Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests. • Work with relational databases. • Use Docker and docker-compose. • Implement observability through logs, metrics, and tracing. • Work with distributed systems and messaging. • Read, validate, and critically review automatically generated code.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior developer, with strong ability to read, validate, and critically review automatically generated code. • Experience in backend development with C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8+), including building RESTful APIs. • Experience developing front-end applications with React and integrating APIs. • Ability to apply SOLID and KISS principles to keep code modular, reusable, and simple. • Strong command of design patterns (Factory, Strategy, Builder, and others). • Experience with automated testing (unit and integration testing). • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or SQL Server). • Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose. • Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, and tracing) using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK. • Experience with distributed systems and messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus). • English: Intermediate. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience using AI tools for software development (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, etc.). • Nice to have: Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for software development. • Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development pipelines. • Nice to have: Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluating the quality of AI model outputs.
