📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js • Implement and optimize integrations with relational and NoSQL databases • Ensure code quality standards, automated testing, and development best practices • Work closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to align technical requirements • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers • Contribute to architecture, enhancements, and refactoring efforts to maintain a sustainable system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solid experience in Node.js development • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs • Advanced knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB • Strong command of version control with Git • Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, and Chai • Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Knowledge of security practices for backend applications • Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Preferred: experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) • Preferred: familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) • Preferred: experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Proactive approach and ability to solve complex problems • Clear and collaborative communication • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to quality • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement
