📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types • Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft • Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards • Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows • Support Service Cloud features, focusing on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences • Work within Agile delivery squads and support client engagements • Help shape business outcomes through CRM and platform automation

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL • Experience with automation tools and API integrations • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and security standards • Advanced English communication skills • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce (nice to have) • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements (nice to have)
