📋 Description

• Reimagine workflows, develop concepts, and craft new interactions and components • Simplify complex finance and antiquated mortgage processes • Participate in every step of the product design process, from discovery and interaction design to visual execution • Craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications • Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and UX vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment • Develop scalable design foundations for a diverse customer base and various loan application offerings • Elevate the design team's craft and inspire the team toward an impactful vision • Re-envision internal processes for loan origination and home transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English skills (100% US client-facing environment) • At least 5 years of full-time product design experience • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality • Comfortable leading calls and working sessions with product teams and engineers • Experience driving alignment and guiding teams from problem to delivery • Fast and efficient in Figma • Solid experience managing design systems, well-thought-out interactions, and responsive design • Actively uses AI tooling to enhance design exploration, research, and delivery speed • Comfortable with frequent shifts in tools, processes, and priorities • Able to ramp up quickly and work on multiple teams' problems simultaneously • Comfortable making meaningful progress without a perfectly defined brief • Confident presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders, both written and verbal, in English • Eager to transform manual, complex processes into streamlined digital experiences
