📋 Description

• Lead teams of software developers, including developers from different vendors, toward common goals • Facilitate Agile Kanban/Scrum methodology, including releases, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Ensure delivery of high-quality software products on time, within budget, and according to requirements • Coach, guide, and support team members to improve performance • Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to deliver business value and manage cross-team dependencies • Identify and mitigate delivery risks • Create a positive, collaborative culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement • Foster transparency, trust, and open communication • Ensure software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, security, and continuous integration and deployment • Collaborate directly with the client’s director to ensure effective communication and project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with software development and Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master • Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework • Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA • Fluent English
