📋 Description

• Process and manage customer orders in NetSuite • Coordinate orders for warehouse operations in California and Sydney • Manage orders for major US and Australian retail customers • Review order details, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and delivery requirements • Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams • Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues • Maintain accurate customer and order records • Help ensure retailer-specific requirements and deadlines are met

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, ideally including sales order processing • Previous experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration • Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce customers • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage a high volume of orders and competing deadlines • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Experience working with major retailers or multiple international markets is a strong plus
