• Lead all recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions • Work with the team day-to-day to meet performance goals and objectives • Maximize Cielo resources to meet goals • Hire, manage performance, and support career development for a recruiting team • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics with the Client Services Director • Provide leadership, inspiration, and coaching to the recruiting team • Establish regular communications, including one-to-one meetings and team meetings • Drive comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, and recruitment technology utilization • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategy • Build relationships with client stakeholders and become embedded in client organizations • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders on new client implementation • Execute Strategic Account Plans with client HR and key stakeholders • Lead and develop team meetings and partner with the Client Services Director on business reviews • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to foster relationships and build trust • Support recruitment process needs for one or more clients • Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L • Manage budgets and expense-tracking systems • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and process consistency • Share best practices and drive organizational initiatives as part of the Cielo Client Service Management team • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years’ results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources • Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function, either in-house or in an RPO environment • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to lead recruiting operations including sourcing, screening, and coordination • Ability to manage hiring, performance management, and career development for recruiting teams • Ability to develop recruiting metrics and analytics • Ability to develop strategic hiring strategies, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, and use recruitment technologies • Ability to manage budgets, expenses, P&L, and operational processes • Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the required bachelor’s degree
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week • Remote work permitted
