📋 Description
• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions. • Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role, while promoting industry best practices. • Deliver high quality execution, completion rates, and maintain high client satisfaction on all engagements. • Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business. • Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in organizations with diverse needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation • Fluent in English and German • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required • A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience • Experience with SmartRecruiters is required with other system experience desirable: Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle
