📋 Description
• Provide project and team oversight of Workday HCM and Financials/FDM modules • Act as the Workday architectural expert • Lead and develop a team of Workday Specialists and analysts • Configure and optimize Workday business processes
🎯 Requirements
• Workday HCM Core Certification (required) • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred • 6+ years of progressive enterprise Workday experience • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role • Expert-level knowledge of Workday configuration, security frameworks, integrations, and business process governance
