📋 Description

• Increase client satisfaction and service by reviewing service delivery metrics and team processes • Drive process improvement changes and operational excellence across accounts • Establish best practices, assist with account stabilization and optimization, and analyze delivery analytics • Consult with client service leaders on flexibility, scalability, and resource allocation • Review trends and opportunities, determine business impact, and develop recommendations or alternatives • Partner with shared services to mitigate disruptions and ensure seamless execution • Develop and track productivity metrics to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Help set and monitor fill goals and ensure appropriate forecasting • Manage process and technology effectiveness for consistent client and candidate experiences • Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues and develop corrective action plans • Lead change management initiatives for new processes and procedures • Coordinate projects, develop programs, and implement initiatives to enhance experience • Communicate project progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other metrics to service delivery leaders and team members • Drive best-practice sharing and operational excellence adoption • Lead training development and delivery to improve operational efficiency, compliance, service, and client satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of five years of experience in talent solutions or operational excellence required • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a Return on Investment (ROI) focus • Ability to analyze trends, opportunities, variability, and business impact using structured data analysis • Experience with action planning and execution, including measuring effectiveness and tailoring updates based on portfolio/client needs • Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Understanding of continuous process improvement methodology and prior implementation of process improvement initiatives • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
