📋 Description

• Lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives within the organization's broader transformation agenda • Manage large, organization-wide, cross-functional projects or initiatives • Bring together important stakeholders to drive decisions and progress • Partner with stakeholders to communicate and implement change across the business • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies • Partner with cross-functional business leaders to create and deploy processes and tools that drive market-leading service and consistent, high-quality service delivery • Guide and motivate cross-functional partners with competing priorities • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices • Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams to deliver program objectives • Champion change management strategies to support program adoption • Create and maintain program documentation, including status reports and executive updates • Identify and resolve program obstacles and bottlenecks • Provide thought leadership to stakeholders • Take direct ownership of critical initiatives and drive rapid, measurable results • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Relevant certifications in change management or project management beneficial • Demonstrated expertise in at least one transformation discipline • Track record of successful stakeholder management across organizational levels • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities • Understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends • Strong program management and organization skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills with lens to Return on Investment • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Team leadership and influence skills • Process improvement mindset • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the country they reside in • Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility to collaborate with colleagues across global teams
