📋 Description
• Responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle • Act as a brand ambassador for the client • Lead job scope meetings with the hiring leader • Review candidates via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans • Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites • Engage with talent communities using media • Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates • Compare candidate interview notes and skills assessments • Partner with hiring leader on offer details and drive for acceptance • Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred • Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition • Additional languages - French, German, Spanish, Italian - are a plus
