• Provide critical back-office support to Sales and Service managers & representatives across North America • Run sales reports for managers & representatives • Submit administrative paperwork (stock transfers, territory adjustments, etc.) • Provide additional support to the IFS business unit • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements • Create and maintain territory maps • Assist in special projects as needed
• Ability to work in an interdependent team environment with minimal supervision • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized • ERP and CRM experience preferred, especially C4C, SAP, and BIA • Customer service experience is a plus • Exceptional Excel proficiency • Skilled at multitasking • Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
