📋 Description

• Provide senior-level administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities • Facilitate logistical and recruitment activities for a particular client program or team • Assist with recruitment and interview processes • Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, screening candidates based on position requirements • Develop interview schedules for qualified candidates • Update candidate statuses in ATS and proprietary recruitment systems • Review ATS applicants in a timely manner • Schedule complex phone, video, and in-person interviews • Execute the offer process, including creating, routing, and presenting offer letters • Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks • Arrange candidate travel, transportation, and accommodation • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes • Edit and post positions to the ATS and manage postings to candidate-generation channels • Provide metric and pipeline reporting • Lead discussions with candidates and Hiring Managers as needed • Assist with administration, optimization, and use of the ATS • Provide best practices and process improvements throughout the talent acquisition cycle • Document process changes, including process maps, team structure charts, and detailed procedures • Identify and remediate workflow and system issues • Recommend improvements to client and candidate experience • Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and coaching to less experienced colleagues • Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Workday ATS experience required • 3+ years experience screening or interviewing candidates in pharma/device/healthcare industry • Previous experience in a TAC role • Experience as a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months preferred • Strong recruitment administration skill-set / competencies • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition • Fluent in English • Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook • Experience working with a mainstream ATS • Ability to prioritize and organize own work • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
