📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract specialized candidates • Build and maintain talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates before presenting them to hiring teams • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities to potential candidates • Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools • Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups • Identify process improvements and suggest ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market • Experience sourcing for pharmaceutical sales, research & development (R&D), or life sciences is preferred • Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus • High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training • Three years of experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry, industries, or markets required • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements • Ability to address sourcing challenges creatively • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
