📋 Description

• Review and post attractive job adverts on different job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates • Initiate communication with prospective candidates and provide relevant job information • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit • Monitor industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies • Maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for highly repeatable roles • Maintain accurate candidate data and records in ATS or relevant databases • Optimize sourcing strategy against agreed metrics and maintain service levels • Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks • Promote the employer brand and encourage use of social media tools aligned with Cielo’s brand strategy • Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience • Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support inclusivity • Identify process improvements and suggest ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days required • 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration required • Some experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools required • Proficiency in sourcing methods such as basic Boolean search • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records • Professional demeanour while representing the company to potential candidates
