📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates possessing required skills and qualifications • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand to potential candidates and highlight career growth opportunities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools • Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training • Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) required • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both with candidates and hiring teams • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
