📋 Description

• Review and post attractive job adverts on different job boards • Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner • Use online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates • Initiate communication with prospective candidates and provide relevant information about job opportunities • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability • Monitor industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies • Maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for highly repeatable roles • Maintain accurate candidate data and records in ATS or relevant databases • Optimize sourcing strategy against agreed metrics and maintain agreed service levels • Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks • Promote the employer brand and present job opportunities attractively to potential candidates • Influence others to leverage social media tools in alignment with Cielo’s brand strategy • Coordinate feedback and facilitate the overall recruitment process • Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support inclusivity • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required • 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration is required • Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required • Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, such as basic Boolean search • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Professional demeanour while representing the company to potential candidates
