📋 Description

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines • Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and placement • Support North American clients

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, highly preferred in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments • Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a MUST or any proven international process outsourcing experience • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS and ZoomInfo is MUST • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal • Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video • Tech-savvy; experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Growth mindset; eager to learn and advance in recruitment • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones • Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC) • Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup
