• Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs and Ciklum’s capabilities • Coordinate team ramp-up and onboarding, ensuring alignment with recruitment and delivery setup • Apply and maintain delivery best practices in tools, processes, and communication flows (e.g. using PRODIGY templates) • Monitor changing client requirements and raise improvement opportunities or service adjustments to senior delivery leads • Build effective working relationships with client counterparts to support project execution and day-to-day coordination • Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources • Estimate, plan, and adjust project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are met • Monitor and support team performance to ensure motivation, accountability, and delivery consistency • Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal stakeholders and clients using established tools and processes • Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting materials • Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions • Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes, tools, and delivery practices across the organization
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, coordination, or team management • Experience managing or coordinating teams of up to 20 FTEs • Exposure to scope control, scheduling, and team coordination • Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile delivery lifecycles • Familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA) and how they affect delivery terms • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and ability to monitor delivery progress (e.g. Scrum burndown chart, Gantt diagram) • Comfortable with delivery tooling (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) • Working knowledge of team ramp-up, resourcing plans, and staffing • Basic financial literacy, including gross margin, rate cards, headcount allocation, and budget forecasting • Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively • Intermediate English (B2+) for written and verbal communication.
