• Lead marketing strategy and execution for 8 O&O DTC brands and various channels • Directly own and lead GTM planning for 100+ annual titles for streaming releases • Manage daily workload distribution, QA processes, and performance standards • Build structured onboarding programs and hands-on coaching to elevate talent • Serve as the primary marketing lead for 70+ platform partners
• 15+ years of experience in marketing • Deep expertise in streaming, digital media, and entertainment • Proven track record leading growth across owned and partner streaming platforms • Experience managing and developing global teams • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, platform merchandising, ASO, CRM, performance marketing, and owned media • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, forecasting, and ROI optimization • Experience leading GTM planning for high-volume content pipelines • MBA or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or communications
