📋 Description
• lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for assigned legal entities • review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting deliverables • partner with third-party accounting firms and external advisors • support the transition of accounting activities from external providers to centralized or internal teams • ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience • strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles • experience managing accounting activities across multiple legal entities • experience working with third-party accounting firms, auditors, or external service providers • proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
