âą Lead and manage the team responsible for Circle Medical's consumer marketing strategy across email, SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social, and paid channels. âą Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer paid advertising strategy. âą Partner with Analytics on building monitoring and tracking mechanisms for continuous campaign refinement to maximize ROI. âą Ensure a seamless, consistent, and cohesive patient experience. âą Maintain brand voice that is warm, clear, and trustworthy. âą Collaborate on the quarterly experimentation roadmap and deployment of various experiments. âą Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights from data.
âą Familiarity with insurance-based healthcare models, RCM, or payer marketing âą Experience with measurement-based care, outcomes marketing, or clinical quality reporting âą Comfort with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and healthcare advertising restrictions âą Familiar with insurance plans and RCM
