📋 Description

• Own day-to-day coverage of Circle’s unmanaged international country portfolio • Identify and prioritize high-potential countries, clients, and opportunities • Route opportunities to the appropriate business and functional owners • Roll out repeatable market-entry and growth motions across unmanaged countries • Coordinate execution across Sales, BD, Product, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Operations • Support strategic projects including country launches, business plans, GTM model testing, and preparation for future managed coverage • Develop country-level views covering metrics, regulatory posture, client opportunities, and next steps • Use agentic and AI-enabled execution tools to improve market coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development, growth, market expansion, strategy, program leadership, or general management • Proven experience operating across multiple countries or markets with differing regulatory, commercial, and operational conditions • Strong commercial judgment focused on action, execution, and measurable outcomes • Ability to assess markets, identify high-value opportunities, and create practical action plans from ambiguity • Cross-functional experience across Sales, BD, Product, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Operations • Strong understanding of crypto markets, stablecoins, payments, financial infrastructure, or institutional financial flows • Ability to operate independently across a broad portfolio and prioritize and escalate effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex market situations for senior stakeholders • Familiarity with generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Gemini and prompt development • Experience building or scaling international expansion programs, frontier-market motions, or multi-country growth portfolios • Track record creating repeatable operating playbooks, lightweight GTM structures, or market-entry frameworks • Experience using data, automation, or AI-enabled workflows across distributed markets • Strong cultural fluency and experience working across distributed, cross-border teams • Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
