📋 Description

• Evolve and build Circle Ventures at the frontier of internet-native finance. • Shape the ecosystem around USDC, programmable money, and next-generation financial infrastructure. • Define brand, systems, and investment theses. • Source and execute high-conviction investments. • Convert portfolio relationships into durable strategic advantage for Circle. • Collaborate across Circle to align priorities and drive measurable impact. • Build and maintain a powerful network of founders, funds, and ecosystem leaders. • Manage the operating model for Circle Ventures.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in venture investing, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or other relevant roles. • Comfort navigating ambiguity with a bias toward structured execution. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent intrinsic capabilities. • Ability to build relationships (internally and externally). • Experience in assessing industries, trends, futures and the ability to distill and articulate the most important drivers. • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
