📋 Description

• Lead daily treasury operations across customer fund flows, including refunds, returns, redemptions, investigations, and exception handling • Act as the primary escalation point for operational incidents, coordinating resolution with internal teams and external banking partners • Oversee and improve workflows related to banking interactions, such as trace requests, wire returns, payment investigations, and callbacks • Monitor operational performance through dashboards and SLAs, ensuring visibility, timely resolution, and consistent execution • Partner with Engineering and Product to enhance internal tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows supporting treasury operations • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, AI tooling, and process improvements, and drive adoption within the team • Manage and develop a team of analysts, including performance management, prioritization, and coaching on complex operational cases

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury operations, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services • Experience managing payment workflows such as wires, refunds, returns, reconciliations, and transaction investigations • Experience leading or managing a team, including performance management and day-to-day oversight • Strong experience handling operational escalations across multiple stakeholders, including banking partners and internal teams • Proven ability to improve processes, documentation, and controls in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and judgment when handling sensitive financial transactions • Familiarity with global payment networks, correspondent banking, and cross-border flows (preferred) • Experience with operational tools such as JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, or banking platforms (preferred) • Exposure to automation, data tools, or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., SQL, Python, workflow automation, or AI tooling) (preferred)
