📋 Description

• Acting as the primary marketing partner to the Managing Director • Driving the planning and coordination of regional go-to-market initiatives • Developing and localizing GTM strategies and messaging • Partnering closely with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue leaders • Coordinating cross-functionally with global teams • Supporting field marketing team with regional priorities • Supporting partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives • Supporting regional event strategy and execution • Owning regional marketing planning, calendars, and prioritization • Ensuring regional marketing programs comply with local regulatory and brand requirements • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance • Managing regional marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing • Proven experience supporting senior regional leaders or general managers • Strong understanding of MEA market dynamics • Experience developing and localizing GTM strategies • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience working in highly cross-functional, global organizations • Strong program and stakeholder management skills • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
