📋 Description

• Directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels • Qualify leads to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco • Partner with internal sales teams to progress qualified leads • Enhance lead management processes to improve conversion efficiency • Ensure data integrity across critical systems • Uncover new revenue opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell identification

🎯 Requirements

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program • Relevant experience in inbound/outbound sales and/or lead-generation in a high-tech or SaaS company • Fluent in English • Able to legally live and work in the country of application without visa support or sponsorship • Passion for innovative technology • Ability to quickly learn new IT software products
