📋 Description

• Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent • Advising business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices • Guiding stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions • Building and engaging with talent pipelines • Partnering with hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred) • 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering • 2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment • Thorough understanding of EEO laws • Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape • Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices • Experience using data to analyze trends
