📋 Description

• Interact directly with enterprise customers as the tip of the spear • Adapt Site Reliability Engineering best practices to customers • Apply Customer Reliability Engineering practices to Isovalent software running on-premises and with major cloud providers on Kubernetes • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their architectures, and configurations • Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide world-class support and resolve incidents • Enhance the organization’s visibility into the health of customers • Act as a higher escalation point across multiple product lines • Resolve issues involving Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Container Networking Interfaces • Perform Production Readiness Reviews, support Customer Test Environments, develop tooling and monitoring, create knowledge bases, and conduct retrospectives • Deploy infrastructure resources using Terraform

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of direct experience supporting and engaging with enterprise customers in a technical capacity • Experience securing operating system instances, applications, and/or distributed systems • Experience operating Linux systems • Experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production environments • Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts and technologies across OSI layers 2 through 7 • Knowledge of standard methodologies for Linux operating system security and their application in cloud-native technologies and environments • Direct experience using network troubleshooting tools, including packet capture and analysis utilities • At least 2+ years of experience acting as a higher escalation point across multiple product lines • Experience resolving issues with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies in small to medium size Kubernetes environments • Prior professional experience with Container Networking Interfaces, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of Customer Reliability Engineering practices, including Production Readiness Reviews, Customer Test Environments, tooling, monitoring, knowledge base creation, and retrospectives • Hands-on experience with Terraform for deployment of infrastructure resources
