📋 Description
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of client engagement projects. • Leading Professional Services delivery and sales efforts within target markets. • Driving successful outcomes for customers. • Supporting presales services activities and solution implementation. • Creating and managing existing fixed services offerings. • Resolving routine client requests and managing overall customer satisfaction and escalations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline. • 5-10 years experience managing Professional Services teams. • Experience with major technology, network, and security vendors and their products. • Experience with creating and successfully implementing new customer success services. • Experience with working with sales teams to sell customer success services. • Excellent communicator and experience working with senior level executives and decision makers; both within customer organizations and internal team. • Must be able to demonstrate strong presentation skills.
