📋 Description
• You develop features end-to-end: Django backend, React frontend, REST APIs, WebSockets • You develop and maintain our AI agent pipelines • You build evaluation and observability tooling • You write tests and review code • You work with LLM APIs, observability tools, and email/messaging integrations • You contribute your own ideas to automate processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development • Strong Python skills (Django) • Basic knowledge of React and TypeScript • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or comparable) • Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) • Fluent in German and English
