📋 Description

• Overseeing all administrative functions, official records, and organizational proceedings. • Directing and controlling all full-time and part-time staff. • Managing hiring and personnel matters. • Ensuring effective coordination with committee leadership to advance the Committee's mission. • Working with banks and lending institutions, ranchers, feedlot owners and operators, etc. • Testifying before the Nebraska Legislature on pending legislation affecting the Nebraska Brand Committee. • Drafting correspondence dealing with agency employees and general public. • Handling problem telephone calls and emails relating to Brand Committee issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience in a similar position. • Work experience in the livestock industry. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. • Executive leadership experience. • Knowledge of livestock industry. • Operate computer and other office machines. • Basic arithmetic knowledge. • Proficient in written and oral communication. • Excellent customer service. • Ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
