📋 Description
• Programmatic and strategic oversight of Pharmacy Clinical Programs • Collaboration with pharmacy leaders • Planning and executing new clinical programs • Standardizing and optimizing medication utilization • Leading regional Formulary, Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees • Developing and implementing medication therapy policies
🎯 Requirements
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) • 6 years of experience planning and executing pharmacy programs • 10 years of experience in a hospital setting • Current Pharmacy license • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred • ASHP accredited PGY-1 or PGY-1 and PGY-2 Residencies preferred • 5 years of experience in Oncology
