📋 Description

• Support and manage the successful implementation of Civic Nation and When We all Vote’s 2026 Party at the Polls program. • Drive grant strategy and oversee disbursement of the Party at the Polls Fund. • Support, manage, and oversee the development, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements, MOUs, and joint effort agreements. • Manage joint effort agreements (JEAs), ensuring partner accountability and alignment on deliverables and timelines. • Manage and develop a team of 3-5 direct reports, fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture. • Ensure learnings from the field inform national strategy and activations are delivered with consistency and quality. • Support voter protection strategies by deploying resources to high-risk geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. • 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience. • Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and/or partnership management. • Experience executing grant-funded programs, including familiarity with reporting requirements and compliance. • Proven experience managing large-scale events and projects, staff, systems, and processes for organizations.
