• Full P&L responsibility to deliver budget targets • Develop and implement joint business plans and promotional strategies • Drive accurate monthly sales forecasts and financial performance • Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and launch new products • Negotiate pricing and promotional structures • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers

• Proven commercial awareness and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Ability to build winning relationships and think creatively • Experience in convenience retail (ideal but not essential)
