📋 Description

• Advance adoption of the Walrus Protocol, a Verifiable Data Platform for AI Builders. • Find, scout, identify, and prioritize AI-native and non-web3 communities and opportunities. • Build and maintain genuine relationships with target communities. • Drive engagement and support activation after relationships are established. • Participate in community discussions; track themes, questions, pain points, and emerging trends. • Bring community observations into regular syncs to inform community program planning. • Contribute to Reddit strategy, moderation, and content sourcing with the moderator team. • Conduct first-pass reviews of community program applications. • Judge and evaluate program participants and winners alongside the program lead. • Support setup of new programs, including websites, documentation, and logistics. • Coordinate and manage moderators with the Discord lead moderator. • Maintain visibility across events by tracking status and next steps. • Support logistics for in-person events. • Support preparation of X Spaces and AMAs. • Build and maintain a system to track event status and feedback and consistently capture outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated, active presence within AI-focused, builder, or other non-web3 online communities — not just familiarity, but real standing, relationships, or a track record of participation and reputation within them. • Experience initiating and growing relationships with new communities, not just managing existing ones. • Comfortable adapting and localizing existing programs for new audiences, working closely with program leads on execution. • Strong organizational skills and process discipline — able to independently manage applications, evaluations, and payment workflows without things falling through the cracks. • Experience coordinating or supporting events. • Familiarity with Discord, Reddit, X and/or other channels as community and engagement platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or product concepts for non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, often unscripted environment. • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located. • No educational credential is explicitly required.
