📋 Description

• Onboarding clients • Provide product training and education to client teams • Demonstrate new features and product updates to clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Client bug escalation and issue resolution coordination • Work with internal/external teams to solve client issues • Identify opportunities for account expansion • Run Pilots with Customers • Become fluid in our LMS Systems & Video creations tools

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience (Preferred in SaaS industry) • 1-2 Years of Project Management Experience • English Speaking (Spanish speaking is a plus) • Based in the continental United States • Ability to Travel up to 15% of the year • Preferred: Security Industry Knowledge • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Ability/drive to pick up new skills quickly
