📋 Description

• Source, filter, and shortlist tech profiles via sourcing channels • Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up • Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.) • Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly • Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.) • Mandatory: Prior experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable) • Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.) • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs • Excellent communication and research skills • Must have a laptop and stable internet connection • Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (remote work)
