📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of Nola's AI-native consumer product • Design onboarding, payments, card management, savings, transaction, settings, and conversational AI experiences • Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries • Define AI-native interaction patterns and agent-driven user experiences • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality user experiences • Extend and evolve Nola's visual identity across product surfaces • Create and maintain marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, and growth design materials • Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints • Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and launch new product experiences • Maintain a high bar for craft, usability, visual quality, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience • Experience as the first designer, founding designer, or sole designer in an early-stage startup • Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) products • Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand design, and marketing design • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems • Experience building products from zero to one • Strong understanding of mobile-first product design • Ability to own end-to-end user experiences from concept to launch • Strong visual design, interaction design, and UX fundamentals • AI-native workflow with tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Claude, Figma AI, or similar • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
