📋 Description

• Advise on business law topics such as general civil law, contract law, employment law and corporate law • Draft and review contracts • Represent our clients in litigation and out-of-court disputes • Audit and optimize clients' internal legal processes, e.g. through standardization and digitization of their processes • Use our Legal Tech tools • Maintain and expand client relationships • Conduct training sessions • Communicate with the relevant supervisory authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree (Second State Examination preferred) or equivalent qualification • Ideally admitted to the bar • Several years of relevant professional experience • Experience in legal project management and in leading staff • Affinity for Legal Tech services • Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English skills • Motivation, flexibility and strong team and communication skills • Reliability and attention to detail even under high workloads • Commitment and enthusiasm for proactive, independent work • Willingness to travel and a service-oriented mindset
