📋 Description

• You are the legal engine who accompanies our clients as if we were their in‑house legal department • You build trust, lead negotiations, manage contracts, data protection, compliance and other legal areas • You help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge bases and templates • You contribute ideas on how to improve our work processes, tools and interfaces • You are actively involved in shaping our service architecture

🎯 Requirements

• First State Examination in Law or equivalent qualification (e.g., Master in Business Law) with above‑average grades • At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a legal department or in‑house environment • Experience in contract law, data protection and compliance; experience in employment law and corporate law is a plus • Interest in process optimization, tools and automation • Ability to work independently, take initiative and communicate effectively • German (C2) and fluent English
