📋 Description

• Shape the Platform Experience (Teaching & Learning) roadmap. • Own recommendations for priorities across the teacher workflow—from content discovery and curation to assignment, grading, and AI-driven recommendations. • Drive alignment across global teams. • Partner with Product Managers (Dublin), Engineering (Dublin & India), UX, Curriculum, and Data/AI teams from Discovery through Delivery. • Define and articulate the North Star. • Establish and communicate a compelling product vision: Near-term: measurable teacher time savings; Long-term: an AI-powered instructional loop. • Simplify and streamline the experience. • Identify and rationalize fragmented or duplicative features into cohesive, intuitive workflows. • Translate insights into action. • Partner with UX Research and customer-facing teams to synthesize teacher and district needs—and convert them into clear product priorities. • Build trust across stakeholders. • Re-establish confidence in product direction by bringing clarity, structure, and thoughtful prioritization to complex decisions. • Partner across domains and functions. • Establish partnerships with Product leadership across functions (Experience, Insights, Infrastructure) to ensure our teams run smoothly and have the resources they need to succeed as we grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in Product Management (or equivalent experience). • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives through influence. • Experience working across distributed/global teams is a strong plus. • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or workflow-driven products preferred. • Experience with data-informed or AI-enabled products is a plus. • Experience in a Director-level role, or readiness to step into it from a high-performing Senior PM or equivalent. • Fluency in English required due to collaboration with international teams.
